The super heavy-duty 300K, 400K and 600K feature similar structural design and installation simplicity to those of 100K/200K series. They are specially designed for the automatic operation of large, heavy doors, garages and refrigerator warehouses.

It features solid state reliability and sophisticated circuity for every necessary function a modern door controller should have . controllers for door speed and braking, timer to adjust opening seconds, high low closing torque selector to give an optimum contact pressure, latching function, compatibility with electromagnetic locking and remote on-off controllability. It’s a grown-up system to add an  extra value to Teraoka autodoor operators. Of course, a simpler builtin version is available for light duty models

Silent, smooth power units.

A line of high speed series motors are specially designed for the autodoor application. Each model features an ideal torque performance:powerful at starting, stable in lower rpm range, resulting in quick response and smooth, safe closing. Precisely die-casted two stage reduction gears are made of special alloy to ensure silent, vibration free operation and extra ruggedness

Extra durable V belt

Teraoka’s traditional V-belt drive is another feature which brings smooth, silent operation thanks to its shock-absorbing characteristic. Toughness of the belt assures troublefree operation for years on end
